Nathaniel Beaver grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. After graduating from Montgomery Bell Academy in 1999, he received his bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee in 2003. While general manager of multiple restaurants, he received two Masters degrees in education and paralegal studies.
In 2006, Nathaniel became owner of Whitfield’s Restaurant and Bar, and in 2009 he opened Bria Bistro Italiano. While applying over 18 years of experience in diverse areas of food service, from casual to fine dining, Nathaniel started The Harding House at Belle Meade Plantation and Infinity Events and Catering in May, 2011. Later, he opened the historic Bridge Building Event Spaces and The Bell Tower in Downtown Nashville. In February 2016, Nathaniel renovated and reopened Nashville’s iconic music venue 12th & Porter.
Tabor grew up in northwestern Montana and has worked in the restaurant industry for over 18 years. After graduating from high school, Tabor traveled overseas to attend seminars at both La Cordon Bleu’s in Paris and London. He majored in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management at Johnson and Wales University and trained in Chicago before landing in Nashville.
Tabor became a partner and the executive chef of both Whitfield’s Restaurant and Bar and Bria Bistro in August of 2010, and added The Harding House at Belle Meade Plantation in May, 2011 to his credentials. His passion for catering and creating dynamic events led to the creation of Infinity Events and Catering in May 2011. Following the creation of Infinity Events and Catering, Tabor and Nathaniel Beaver opened two premiere downtown event venues The Bridge Building Event Spaces, and The Bell Tower before reopening Nashville’s most iconic music venue 12th & Porter.
